Before we start
What do you need from me to get started?
Your business name, logo (we can design one if you don’t have it), and product photos and details. We take care of the rest.
How do I pay?
Usually 50% before work starts and 50% on delivery. You can pay by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.
How long does it take?
A landing page takes 2–3 days and an e-commerce website 7–10 working days. Timing depends on the size of the project.
Do you provide domain and hosting?
Yes — we can buy and set up domain and hosting for you, or work with the ones you already have.
Can I edit the website myself later?
Of course. We give hands-on training at handover so you can change products, prices and photos yourself.
Will I get support after delivery?
Every package includes a free support period. After that you can choose a monthly maintenance package.

How many products can I add?
From 100 to unlimited, depending on the package. We upload the initial products for you.
Which couriers can be connected?
Popular couriers including Steadfast, Pathao and RedX can be integrated.
What do I need for online payments?
A bKash/Nagad merchant account or an SSLCommerz/aamarPay account. We help you open one.
Do you make mobile apps?
The website is fully mobile-friendly. If you need a separate app, we give a custom quote.
What is the difference between a landing page and a website?
A landing page is a single page for one product or offer. A website has many products, categories and pages.
Where do I see the orders?
In a simple order dashboard, with email/SMS notifications.
Do I need a separate domain?
No — a landing page can live on a sub-page or subdomain of your main domain.

You can pay us in taka and we pay the dollars, or you can use your own card.
How soon will I see results?
Facebook spends the first 7–14 days in its learning phase. Results usually settle by the end of the first month.

We suggest starting with at least 10 dollars a day and increasing the budget after 7 days based on results.
